Medication Disposal Locations in Utah

Medication Disposal Locations in Utah

It’s about that time of year to start clearing your home of the old to make room for the new. Chances are most of us have a bin of medications somewhere in our house, filled with your typical generic medications, and maybe a few old prescription bottle you were hanging on to, just in case.

If you have a cupboard of expired medications or supplements, you can dispose of them for free and anonymously.  No questions asked, in fact no interaction even required! The pharmacies below are free to walk in and just drop them in the red box. You’re not required to be a customer there to use their medication disposal services. You can also dispose of controlled substances using these bins.

It’s always best to keep the medication stored in your home regularly cleaned out to avoid consuming expired substances or for forgotten medications to fall into the wrong hands.
